Modern Capua

A Norman castle used today by the police
On the right (top) is the Norman castle (Castello delle Pietre ) which was constructed in 1065.  Today it is the home to the local police department.

Below is one of five keystones that were taken from the amphitheater in Capua Vettere to be used in the facade of the modern city hall in Modern Capua.

In the lower left is an unremarkable picture of modern Capua.

The black and white picture below is of a drawing that is kept at the Campano Museum ( Museo Campano).  The Museo Campano is the big attraction in modern Capua.
